These Terms govern your use of KGN Services' website and services.
KGN Services provides company formation, accounting, banking facilitation, compliance, and advisory services in 115+ jurisdictions. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in a separate engagement letter.
Fees are payable as quoted. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
You agree to provide accurate information, upload required documents promptly, and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction of incorporation.
KGN Services' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, regulatory decisions, or banking outcomes beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
